Cert III - Fitness
Currently undertaking a Certificate III in Fitness so I can work at a gym and also have qualifications for all the unofficial exercise and nutrition advice I have been giving to all my friends (and myself). I guess I’ll also be able to answer any questions that anyone on here may have.
Training update - had an up and down week in terms of training which sucks. I am planning to go back to a beginners routine for strength just to regain some consistency in my workouts.
